Burnley Football Club formed in 1882, and since have produced some very talented individuals, and they have helped us to be one of two clubs (Wolves the other), to win all four divisions.
Turf Moor is definatly one of the best grounds outside the Premiership, well, it is now that the board decided to redevelop it. The Longside, and the Bee-Hole end were bothen demolished, and two spanking new, two-tier, executive box jobbies, replacing them. Also, if you're an away fan, you get the excellent Endsleigh Stand. Only a few seasons ago, that was a members only stand (like a family stand). Redevelopment work is still going on in the East Stand Boxes. The new sports centre was recently opened by Daley Thompson, and is great - they have normal sports like Badminton etc. aswell! Finally, the new pitch was installed over the summer break to complete the redevelopment.
The East Stand has become the family stand, as you get a special discount if you have a 'family'.
The North Stand is the replacement for the Longside. It is the 'singing' stand.
The Bob Lord Stand is sort of the quiet stand. Directors and other pillars of the comunity go here :-)
The Endsleigh Stand is now the away end. Quite nice stand, all seater.

If anyone has a picture of the new stands (from inside the ground, not aerial), please send it to us.
